Video Grabber DeLOCK 88307 USB 2.0 3840 x 2160 Pixel

The DeLOCK 88307 USB 2.0 video capturing device converts video signals into digital streams at resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 pixels. Its compact housing (66 mm × 24 mm × 10 mm) is USB powered, making it suitable for portable setups and desktop use without an external power adapter. The unit uses the MS2109 chipset to manage video capture and data transfer over USB 2.0, providing a straightforward hardware solution for digitizing or streaming video sources.

Advantages

The device supports high-resolution capture up to 3840 x 2160 pixels while remaining bus-powered via a single USB 2.0 connection, simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. Its small form factor makes it easy to position near source equipment or carry between locations. The MS2109 chipset provides compatibility with common video capture workflows and enables reliable signal handling for both live capture and recording tasks.

How to use

Connect the DeLOCK 88307 to a host computer using a USB 2.0 port and attach the video source using the appropriate cable or adapter for the source signal. Ensure the host system recognizes the device and install any required drivers or capture software compatible with the MS2109 chipset. Configure capture resolution and format in the chosen application, then start live capture or recording according to your workflow. For mobile use, connect to a laptop USB port and verify sufficient power delivery from the host.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use a direct USB 2.0 port on the host rather than a passive hub; match capture settings to the source resolution to avoid unnecessary scaling; and keep device firmware and capture software up to date. When capturing high-resolution video, ensure the host computer has adequate CPU and storage throughput to handle large data streams.
