Βίδα Fischer 670385 90 mm 200 τεμ.

Fischer 670385 screws are 90 mm long metal wood screws supplied in a pack of 200 pieces. Designed for reliable fastening in wood materials, these screws have a 5 mm nominal diameter and a 54 mm threaded length that provides strong engagement in timber and engineered wood. The screws are suitable for a wide range of carpentry and installation tasks where a durable mechanical connection is required.

Advantages

These metal wood screws combine a long shank with an extended thread length to deliver secure pull-out resistance and stable joints in wood. The 5 mm diameter balances shear strength and ease of driving; the screw geometry is optimized for consistent penetration into timber without excessive splitting when predrilling is applied as needed. Supplied as 200 pieces per pack, the set provides a practical quantity for larger projects and reduces the need for frequent repurchasing.

Suitable for

• Exterior and interior woodworking assemblies
• Fixing battens, studs and framing elements
• Decking, pergolas and garden structures
• Furnishing and joinery where long screws are required

Key specifications

• Overall length: 90 mm
• Threaded length: 54 mm
• Nominal diameter: 5 mm
• Material: metal (steel)
• Pack quantity: 200 pieces

How to use

Select a drill bit for a pilot hole appropriate to the wood species and the 5 mm screw shank to reduce splitting and ensure correct seating. Position the screw and drive using a compatible screwdriver bit or driver at a steady speed, avoiding overtightening to prevent head damage or material compression. For load-bearing connections and hardwoods, use a pilot hole and, if required, countersink to allow the screw head to sit flush. Follow standard safety practices such as wearing eye protection while installing.

Recommendations

Use these screws in conjunction with appropriate corrosion protection for outdoor or treated wood applications. For optimal results, match the screw length to the combined thicknesses of the components so that sufficient penetration into the base material is achieved (generally at least two-thirds of the screw length within the main timber member).
