Advantages

These DVD+R Double Layer discs use Verbatim's DataLifePlus-quality production and AZO dye to provide tighter manufacturing tolerances that improve compatibility with a broad range of writers and drives. How to use

Load a disc into a compatible DVD writer that supports DVD+R DL media. Use your burning software to select DVD+R DL as the target format and set the burning speed (recommended up to 8x for best compatibility). After recording, allow the disc to finalise if required by your software so it can be read by standalone players. For inkjet labelling, place the disc on an inkjet-capable printer following the printer manufacturer's instructions and the printable diameter limits (21–118 mm).

Recommendations

Store discs horizontally in their spindle or jewel case, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term archiving, verify burned data after recording and keep backup copies where critical. Use drives and firmware that list support for DVD+R DL media to maximise compatibility.
