Powder coated aluminum extension pipes with a 1.5” NPS thread designed for indoor and outdoor use. Available in two lengths: 30 cm (12 in) and 100 cm (39 in). The pipes provide a corrosion-resistant finish and are suitable for extending fixtures or attachments that require a 1.5” NPS threaded connection.

Advantages

The powder coated aluminum construction delivers lightweight durability and improved resistance to rust and weathering. Two length options allow selection based on installation requirements. The standardized 1.5” NPS thread ensures compatibility with fittings and fixtures that use the same thread specification.

Key specifications

• Material: powder coated aluminum
• Thread type: 1.5” NPS
• Lengths available: 30 cm (12 in), 100 cm (39 in)
• Intended use: indoor and outdoor

How to use

Choose the pipe length appropriate for your installation. Ensure mating parts use a 1.5” NPS thread. Screw the extension pipe into the threaded fitting by hand, then tighten with appropriate tools to the required torque, avoiding over-tightening. Verify alignment and secure any additional mounting hardware as needed for the specific application.

Recommendations

Inspect threads before installation for damage and clean mating surfaces. For outdoor installations, check the coating periodically and replace the pipe if the protective finish is significantly compromised.
