The DeLOCK USB Adapter 60287 is a USB-C male-to-female angled adapter designed to protect a device's USB-C port from wear while maintaining high-performance connectivity. It supports USB4 Gen 2x2 data transfer up to 40 Gbps, USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.1 with up to 240 W power delivery, and enables up to 8K video at 60 Hz when used with compatible devices and cables.

Advantages

The angled design reduces strain on built-in USB-C ports and provides a more convenient cable routing in tight spaces. With support for USB4 Gen 2x2 (40 Gbps) and PD 3.1 (240 W), the adapter allows simultaneous high-speed data transfer, video output and high-power charging. The anthracite finish offers a subtle, durable look that fits most devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance and safety, use cables and chargers that explicitly support USB4 Gen 2x2 and USB PD 3.1 up to 240 W. Verify that host and display devices support 8K @ 60 Hz if you require high-resolution video output. Regularly inspect the adapter and connected ports for wear and replace if damage is visible.
