Unmanaged Switch Cudy FS108 8 θύρες Fast Ethernet 10/100 Μαύρο

The Cudy FS108 is an unmanaged 8-port Fast Ethernet (10/100) switch in a metal casing, designed for wired network expansion in home and small office environments. It supports IEEE 802.3i and IEEE 802.3u standards and offers a switching capacity of 1.6 Gbit/s with a MAC address table of 512 entries for stable local connectivity.

Advantages

The metal housing provides durable protection and helps with heat dissipation while the integrated packet buffer reduces packet loss to improve transmission reliability. The compact design allows installation inside a telecommunications or cable box without taking extra space. A low-power chipset keeps energy consumption minimal, with a maximum power draw of around 1 W and standby consumption about 0.25 W. The unit also includes two mounting holes on the bottom for convenient wall mounting.

Suitable for

• Expanding wired networks in small offices
• Home network setups requiring additional Ethernet ports
• Placement inside telecom or cable distribution boxes
• Low-power network deployments where energy efficiency matters

Key specifications

• Model: Cudy FS108
• Ports: 8 x 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet
• Switching capacity: 1.6 Gbit/s
• Standards: IEEE 802.3i, IEEE 802.3u
• MAC address table: 512 entries
• Power consumption: max ~1 W, standby ~0.25 W
• Casing: metal
• Mounting: two bottom mounting holes for wall installation

How to use

Connect the Cudy FS108 to your existing router or modem using one of the Ethernet ports, then connect additional devices (PCs, printers, IP cameras, etc.) to the remaining ports. The switch is unmanaged so no configuration is required; it will automatically learn MAC addresses and forward traffic. Use the provided mounting holes to secure the switch to a wall or install it inside a telecommunications box if space-constrained.

Recommendations

Install the switch in a ventilated location and avoid placing it near strong heat sources. For best performance, use quality Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables. If mounting on a wall, ensure the screws are compatible with the provided mounting holes and the installation surface supports the device weight.
