Τυφλή πλάκα Triton 19 ιντσών 2U μαύρη

The Triton 19" 2U black blanking panel provides a simple, effective solution for filling empty rack spaces in 19-inch server cabinets. With a 2U height (88 mm) and a black finish, this panel is intended to improve airflow management and cooling efficiency by covering unused rack openings. Constructed from durable materials, it is designed for reliable, long-term use in data centers, server rooms, and network cabinets.

Advantages

This blanking panel reduces hot air recirculation by closing unused rack openings, supporting more predictable airflow paths through installed equipment. Its 2U size fits standard 19" racks and offers a slim, unobtrusive appearance in a black finish. The panel's sturdy construction ensures resistance to deformation and repeated installation or removal, contributing to long-term operational reliability.

Suitable for

• Improving airflow and cooling efficiency in server racks
• Maintaining tidy appearance in network cabinets
• Filling unused 2U spaces in data center racks
• Preventing dust and debris from entering empty rack bays

Key specifications

• Rack size compatibility: 19-inch
• Height: 2U (88 mm)
• Color: black
• Material: durable metal/plastic construction designed for repeated use
• Mounting: front-installed to standard 19" rack rails

How to use

Install the blanking panel by aligning it with the front rack rails at the desired 2U position and securing it using the rack's existing mounting points or screws. Ensure the panel sits flush with adjacent equipment to create a continuous surface that guides airflow through populated units. For removal, loosen the mounting fasteners and slide the panel out carefully to avoid contact with nearby cables or hardware.

Recommendations

Place blanking panels in any empty rack units above and below installed servers and networking devices to maintain directed airflow and improve cooling performance. Use in combination with proper cable management and perimeter airflow controls for optimal thermal results.
