TSC P159160-001 - 625 m - 11 cm - Μαύρο - Ρητίνη

Where standard ribbons fail under chemical exposure or outdoor weathering, this resin ribbon holds the image. The TSC P159160-001 is a 625-metre, 110 mm wide thermal transfer ribbon engineered for permanent marking on synthetic labels and tags. Its pure resin formulation delivers exceptional resistance to scratches, smudges, oils, and aggressive solvents, making it the go-to choice for GHS chemical drums, automotive VIN plates, electronics rating labels, and outdoor asset tags. With an ink-out wound core and 1-inch hub, it drops straight into flat-head industrial printers from TSC and other major brands, reducing setup time and waste.

Highlights

• 625 m length and 110 mm width for high-volume, uninterrupted printing
• Pure resin ink for maximum durability against abrasion, chemicals, and UV
• Ink-out (outside wound) orientation compatible with flat-head thermal transfer printers
• 1-inch (25.4 mm) core fits standard ribbon hubs
• Black colour for crisp, high-contrast barcodes, text, and graphics
• Recommended for polyester, polypropylene, vinyl, and coated paper substrates

In daily use

This ribbon performs best in harsh environments where labels must remain legible for years. It withstands repeated wiping with industrial cleaners, prolonged sun exposure, and contact with oils or fuels. On the production floor, it pairs perfectly with TSC industrial printers such as the TTP-2410MT or MX240P, delivering sharp 300 dpi or 600 dpi output on synthetic media. Because the ink is on the outside of the roll, it feeds smoothly through flat-head mechanisms without ribbon wrinkle or telescoping. One roll supports thousands of labels, minimising changeovers and keeping your workflow moving.
