How to use

Slide the tray into the dedicated slot on the compatible printer until it locks into place according to the printer’s mechanical guides. Fan or align the paper stack to prevent jams, load up to 500 sheets within the indicated paper guides, then adjust the side guides to fit the paper size. Confirm paper type and size settings on the printer control panel if required. When removing the tray, pull it out straight and support the paper stack to avoid spills.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use good-quality, undamaged paper within the printer-recommended weight range and avoid overfilling beyond the 500-sheet capacity. Regularly check and align paper guides and keep the tray and loading area free of dust and debris to reduce paper feed issues.
