ENERMAX ERV650G-AHG-MAC is a 650 W ATX power supply unit designed for desktop PCs. It offers a fully-modular cable system and a 20+4 pin ATX motherboard connector, delivering reliable power for standard system builds and upgrades. The unit is finished in black and includes a 120 mm cooling fan, supporting stable operation with AC input from 100 to 240 V at 50/60 Hz. 80 PLUS Gold efficiency improves power consumption and heat characteristics compared with lower-efficiency models.

Advantages

The ENERMAX ERV650G-AHG-MAC combines a 650 W continuous output with 80 PLUS Gold certification to provide efficient power delivery for mid-range desktop systems. Fully-modular cabling enables tidy cable management and easier installation in compact ATX cases. A 120 mm cooling fan maintains thermal balance while the black housing offers a neutral appearance compatible with most builds. The unit’s compliance with a wide input voltage range supports use in different mains environments.

Suitable for

• Home and office desktop PCs requiring up to 650 W of total power
• Standard ATX builds and system upgrades with modular cabling needs
• Systems where higher efficiency (80 PLUS Gold) and reduced heat are desirable

How to use

Install the ENERMAX ERV650G-AHG-MAC into a compatible ATX case following standard safety precautions: disconnect mains power, position the unit in the PSU bay, and secure it with the case screws. Connect the 20+4 pin ATX cable to the motherboard and attach only the necessary modular cables for drives, GPU, and peripherals to reduce clutter and improve airflow. After all connections are made, plug the power cord into a grounded mains outlet that matches the unit’s input range and switch the power on.

Recommendations

For best results, use the fully-modular cabling to connect only the required components, keep internal airflow unobstructed, and ensure the case provides adequate ventilation for the 120 mm fan to expel heat effectively. Regularly check connections and dust filters to maintain stable operation and the expected efficiency of the 80 PLUS Gold rated unit.
