TP-Link Omada ES208GP Switch δικτύου Managed L2 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) Power over Ethernet (PoE) ράγας μαύρο

The TP-Link Omada ES208GP is a managed L2 Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight RJ45 ports that support 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds and PoE+ (802.3af/at). It provides a 64W total PoE power budget and can deliver up to 30W on each PoE port, combined with a switching capacity of 16 Gbit/s and an 8,000-entry MAC address table. The compact, fanless metal design supports desktop, wall or DIN-rail mounting and offers centralized cloud management via the web or the Omada app.

Advantages

This switch offers managed L2 features in a compact form factor with PoE+ power distribution for connected devices, enabling both data and up to 30W of power per port from a 64W budget. Key capabilities include remote camera reboot and extended PoE reach up to 820 ft, QoS and port isolation for reliable surveillance or segmented networks, and basic L2 services such as VLAN, IGMP snooping and automatic loop prevention. The fanless metal casing reduces noise and increases durability for small office or edge deployments.

Suitable for

• Small office and branch networking
• IP surveillance systems and PoE cameras
• Wireless access point deployments
• Edge switches for segmented LANs and QoS-sensitive applications

Key specifications

• Ports: 8 × Gigabit RJ45 (10/100/1000 Mbps), all PoE+ capable (802.3af/at)
• PoE power budget: 64 W (up to 30 W per port)
• Switching capacity: 16 Gbit/s
• MAC address table: 8,000 entries
• Management: Managed L2, web and Omada app cloud management
• Features: VLAN, IGMP snooping, automatic loop prevention, QoS, port isolation, remote camera reboot
• Design: Fanless metal case; desktop, wall or DIN-rail mounting
• Standards: IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at

How to use

Place the switch on a desktop, mount it to a wall or DIN rail, and connect power via the DC input. Plug network devices into the RJ45 ports to supply data and PoE power to compatible devices. For basic operation use plug-and-play connectivity; for advanced configuration, access the web management interface or the Omada app to set VLANs, QoS, port isolation and other L2 settings. Use the Omada cloud management to monitor status and centrally manage multiple devices.

Recommendations

Connect PoE cameras and access points within the specified PoE reach and power budget. Ensure total PoE load does not exceed 64 W; distribute power-hungry devices across ports accordingly. For surveillance deployments that require longer cable runs, verify device compatibility with extended PoE range and use proper cabling to maintain signal integrity.
