It provides a straightforward fixed wiring solution between compatible telephone handsets and base units or desk ports, with compact dimensions and a lightweight build for simple handling and storage.

Advantages

This 4 m telephone cable offers plug-and-play RJ-10 connectors on both ends, ensuring a secure mechanical connection and reliable voice signal transmission. Its standard RJ-10 termination is widely compatible with many telephone handsets that require a four-conductor handset cord.

• Office and home telephone setups requiring a 4 m reach
• Situations where a compact, lightweight cable is preferred

How to use

Uncoil the Microconnect MPK10400 cable and align each RJ-10 plug with the corresponding handset and base unit sockets. Insert the plugs firmly until they click or seat fully into the jack. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; secure it along the desk or wall as needed. When removing, gently depress the connector latch (if present) and pull the plug straight out to avoid damaging the housing or jack.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Inspect connectors periodically for wear and replace the cable if the insulation or plugs become damaged. Store the cable in a dry environment and avoid tight coils that can kink the conductor.
