Τηγάνι γενικής χρήσης JATA HSAR2120 στρογγυλό ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι 20 cm

The JATA HSAR2120 is an all-purpose 20 cm round pan made from AISI-304 stainless steel with a Whitford Xylan Plus non-stick coating free of PFOA. It features a full induction bottom with a 3.5 mm layered base (3.0 mm aluminium + 0.5 mm steel 430) for efficient and even heat performance, and a hollow stainless handle designed for improved hygiene and controlled heat transmission. The pan is suitable for all cookers including induction and can be used in the oven thanks to its metallic components. Available in multiple diameters; this listing is for the 20 cm model.

Advantages

The non-stick Xylan Plus coating allows for easier cooking and cleaning while being PFOA-free. The AISI-304 stainless steel body provides durability and corrosion resistance. The layered induction base ensures rapid and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. A hollow stainless handle reduces heat transfer to the grip and supports better hygiene. The pan’s compatibility with all cookers, including induction, and oven suitability increase its versatility in the kitchen.

Suitable for

• Everyday frying and sauteing of vegetables, meat and fish
• Preparing sauces and reductions
• Reheating and finishing dishes in the oven
• Low- to medium-heat simmering and braising

How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks; increase heat only when necessary. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to preserve the non-stick coating. After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning. Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid abrasive scouring pads to prevent damage to the Xylan Plus coating. The pan can be finished or reheated in the oven due to its metallic handle and construction.

Recommendations

The pan performs best with moderate heat settings and regular gentle cleaning. Avoid overheating an empty pan and prolonged exposure to high direct heat to preserve the non-stick coating and the layered base.
