Θερμοσυστελλόμενο μακαρόνι DeLOCK 20795 2 m x 25 mm μαύρο

The DeLOCK Fabric heat shrink tube 20795 is a 2 m long, 25 mm diameter polyolefin sleeve designed for cable bundling and protection. With a 2:1 shrink ratio, the tube shrinks to half its original diameter when heated, providing insulation and abrasion resistance while remaining flexible and durable. The black colour gives a neat appearance suitable for visible installations.

Advantages

This fabric heat shrink tube offers high abrasion and scuff resistance as well as reliable insulation under heat exposure. Its woven structure ensures outstanding flexibility and long-term durability. The 2:1 shrink behaviour allows a secure fit on a variety of cable diameters, and the polyolefin material provides chemical and environmental resilience.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting electrical cables and wire harnesses
• Use in engine compartments and other automotive applications
• Protecting cooling water lines and hydraulic lines
• Organising visible cable runs in consumer and industrial equipment

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• MPN: 20795
• EAN: 4043619207954
• Material: Polyolefin
• Colour: Black
• Length: 2 m
• Nominal diameter: 25 mm
• Shrink ratio: 2:1

How to use

Slide the heat shrink tube over the cable bundle or component to be protected. Apply heat evenly with a hot air gun until the tube reduces to approximately half its original diameter and conforms tightly to the cables. Allow the sleeve to cool to complete the shrinking process. Avoid open flames and excessive heat to prevent damage to the material or surrounding components.

Recommendations

For best results, pre-measure the required length and ensure the tube’s nominal diameter is larger than the bundle before shrinking. Use a regulated heat gun set to the manufacturer-recommended temperature range for polyolefin to achieve uniform shrinkage. Inspect the installation after cooling to verify complete coverage and secure fit.
