Θερμοσυστελλόμενο μακαρόνι DeLOCK 19967 5m x 8mm μαύρο πολυολεφίνη με κόλλα

The DeLOCK heat shrink tube 19967 is a polyolefin sleeve with an internal adhesive layer, designed to insulate and protect wires, cables and electrical connections. It has a shrink ratio of 4:1 and comes in a 5 m length with an 8 mm nominal diameter. The product is supplied in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tube clean and allows controlled unrolling and cutting.

Advantages

The adhesive-lined polyolefin construction ensures reliable mechanical protection and environmental sealing after heat application. The 4:1 shrink ratio enables use on a range of cable diameters and the dispenser box provides tidy storage and easy handling during installation.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting spliced wires and cable joints
• Sealing connections against moisture and dust
• Workshop and industrial electrical repair and assembly

How to use

Cut the heat shrink tube to the required length and slide it over the cable or joint to be insulated. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot air tool or suitable heating source until the tube contracts and the internal adhesive flows, creating a tight seal around the cable. Allow the sleeve to cool so the adhesive sets and the sleeve adheres securely.

Recommendations

For best results, use a controlled hot air gun and apply heat uniformly to avoid overheating. Ensure cables are clean and dry before application. Select an initial sleeve diameter appropriate for the unshrunk cable size so that, after shrinkage, it fully covers the joint without excessive stress.
