Θερμοσυστελλόμενο καλώδιο DeLOCK Fabric 2 m x 20 mm 2:1 μαύρο

The DeLOCK Fabric heat shrink tube is a 2 m long, 20 mm diameter polyolefin sleeve with a 2:1 shrink ratio. Designed for cable bundling and insulation, the black fabric-covered tube combines abrasion and scuff resistance with flexible, durable construction to protect wires and hoses under heat exposure.

Advantages

The fabric construction gives the heat shrink tube high abrasion and scuff protection while maintaining flexibility. Made from polyolefin, it provides reliable electrical insulation and mechanical protection. The 2:1 shrink ratio allows the sleeve to reduce to half its original diameter for a snug fit after applying heat.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting electrical cables and wire harnesses
• Routing and abrasion protection for hoses in engine compartments
• Protecting cooling water lines and hydraulic lines
• Applications requiring flexible, durable thermal insulation

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Diameter (before shrink): 20 mm
• Shrink ratio: 2:1
• Material: Polyolefin
• Colour: Black

How to use

Place the sleeve over the cable bundle or hose so it covers the area to be protected. Apply heat evenly using a hot air gun until the fabric tube contracts to the required diameter; the tube will shrink to approximately half its original diameter. Allow the sleeve to cool and verify it is securely fitted around the component.

Recommendations

For best results, heat evenly from a distance to avoid localized overheating. Use protective gloves and follow the hot air gun manufacturer's safety instructions. Ensure the diameter after shrinkage is suitable for the underlying cable or hose before installation.
