Ταψί ψησίματος de Buyer 8162.40 αλουμίνιο 300x400 mm μαύρο

The de Buyer 8162.40 baking tray is a rectangular, micro‑perforated tray with sloped edges, made from coated aluminium and free of PFOA. Measuring 300 x 400 mm, the tray is designed to provide uniform heat diffusion and transmission, making it suitable for delicate baking tasks such as pizza, flammkuchen, tarts and Viennese pastries. Its 3 mm diameter micro‑perforations promote excellent hot and cold air circulation for even cooking.

Advantages

The thin but sturdy aluminium construction ensures the tray remains undeformable while remaining lightweight. An ultra‑resistant non‑stick coating extends product life and offers easy mould release, even for delicate pastries. Micro‑perforations optimise airflow and contribute to consistent baking results.

Suitable for

• Pizza and flammkuchen
• Tarts and pastry bases
• Viennese and other delicate baked pastries
• Baking where even air circulation is required
