Ταινία Tesa 4651 50 mm x 50 m Πράσινο

Tesa 4651 50 mm x 50 m Green is a green masking and surface protection tape with a width of 50 mm and roll length of 50 m. It delivers reliable adhesion and tearability for painting preparation, temporary bundling and general-purpose protection of surfaces during maintenance or renovation. The backing conforms to irregular shapes and removes cleanly from many common substrates when used as recommended.

Advantages

The tape combines secure initial tack with a balanced adhesive strength to minimize residue on many painted and unpainted surfaces. Its medium-thickness backing provides good dimensional stability while remaining easy to tear by hand, which speeds up application. The green color improves visibility on work sites and helps identify masked areas quickly.

Suitable for

• Masking edges and trim during painting
• Surface protection for fixtures and fittings during renovation
• Temporary bundling and holding of light components
• General-purpose masking in workshops and construction

Key specifications

• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 50 m
• Color: green
• Backing: crepe-style, hand-tearable
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive for good initial tack
• Suitable for use on painted surfaces, wood, glass and many plastics when applied correctly

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or grease before application. Measure and cut the required length, then press the tape firmly along the edge to achieve full contact with the substrate. For curved or irregular surfaces, apply with gradual tension and smooth to conform the backing. Remove the tape slowly at a low angle after the job is finished; removal within a short to moderate time frame reduces the risk of adhesive transfer.

Recommendations

Use the tape at ambient temperatures for best performance and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when left in place. Test on a small, inconspicuous area if surface sensitivity is a concern. For delicate or freshly painted surfaces, keep contact time short and remove gently to prevent lifting of underlying coatings.
