Ταινία TESA 4434 κατάλληλη για εσωτερικούς χώρους 10 m

tesa® 4434 is a strong, flat paper tape with a natural rubber adhesive designed for indoor use. The tape offers high tack, excellent adhesiveness and quick stick, combined with good plottability and reliable paint anchorage. Its thick, tear-resistant paper backing is developed for manual cutting and withstands temperatures up to 100 °C. Typical applications include protective use during grinding in workshops, base pads on tables for die-cutting in shoe, leather and metal-working industries, and stencil material for sandblasting. The product is supplied in a 10 m length and a 19 mm width.

Advantages

High tack and excellent initial adhesiveness ensure secure temporary fixing. Thick, resistant paper backing allows manual cutting and provides mechanical protection during abrasive and die-cutting processes. Good plottability and paint anchorage make the tape suitable for masking and stencil applications. The tape withstands temperatures up to 100 °C and offers consistent mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 180 N/mm² and 6% elongation at break.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Surface protection during grinding and workshop operations
• Base pads for die-cutting in shoe and leather industries
• Protection and masking in metal-working
• Stencil material for sandblasting
• Temporary closing and protection of surfaces indoors

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or oil before applying the tape. Cut the required length manually using scissors or by hand, as the backing is developed for manual cutting. Apply the tape with firm pressure to achieve full contact and optimal initial tack. For masking or stencil use, press edges firmly to prevent paint or abrasive penetration. Remove the tape after the operation when no longer needed, taking care to peel slowly to avoid damaging the substrate.

Recommendations

Use tesa® 4434 indoors on dry, clean substrates. For best results in masking and stencil applications, test on a small area first to confirm adhesion and paint anchorage. Avoid prolonged exposure at temperatures above 100 °C or to outdoor weathering, as performance may be affected.
