Ταινία συσκευασίας Tesa 4195, Πολυπροπυλένιο, 50 mm x 66 m, λευκό

Tesa Packing Tape 4195 is a white polypropylene adhesive tape 50 mm wide and 66 m long designed for sealing cartons and general packaging. The tape delivers consistent adhesion for shipping, storage and moving, and its white finish provides a visible surface for labeling or identification. It is suitable for both manual application and use with standard tape dispensers, offering straightforward handling for everyday packing tasks.

Advantages

The polypropylene backing provides a balance of strength and flexibility while maintaining a low profile on sealed packages. The acrylic adhesive adheres reliably to corrugated cardboard and many common packing materials, resisting light handling stresses during transport. The white color improves visibility for written or printed labels and creates a neat appearance on boxes. The roll size (50 mm x 66 m) offers a practical length for repeated sealing tasks without frequent roll changes.

Suitable for

• Sealing corrugated cardboard boxes for shipment or storage
• General packaging and bundling of lightweight goods
• Use with manual dispensers or applied by hand
• Labeling or marking packages where a white surface is preferable

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP) backing
• Adhesive type: acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Width: 50 mm
• Length per roll: 66 m
• Color: white
• Application: manual or dispenser application

How to use

For hand application, pull a suitable length of tape from the roll, press the adhesive side onto the carton seam and smooth it down to ensure full contact with the surface. When using a standard handheld dispenser, load the roll according to the dispenser instructions, extend the tape across the box flap, cut with the dispenser blade and press firmly along the seam. For best adhesion, apply to clean, dry surfaces and ensure flaps are aligned before sealing.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperatures outside the manufacturer’s recommended range. Avoid applying to dusty, wet or frozen surfaces. For heavy or high-value loads consider reinforcing seals with additional tape layers or using a stronger filament tape.
