Ταινία PVC 3M 471F, 50 mm x 33 m, κόκκινο

3M 471F PVC Tape in red is a 50 mm wide, 33 m long self-adhesive insulating tape designed for electrical insulation, color coding and general purpose repairs. The tape offers reliable dielectric properties and good conformability for wrapping cables, marking phases and protecting surfaces. Its smooth backing and pressure‑sensitive adhesive make it suitable for both professional and household applications where quick application and clean removal are required.

Advantages

This PVC tape provides consistent insulation performance with stable dielectric properties and resistance to abrasion. It conforms well to irregular shapes and maintains adhesion on copper, PVC and many other common surfaces. The product is easy to tear by hand, applies smoothly without wrinkles, and is available in a high-visibility red color for phase marking and color coding tasks.

Suitable for

• Electrical insulation of wires and cable joints
• Phase identification and color coding in electrical panels
• Bundling and securing cables
• Temporary repairs and surface protection

Key specifications

• Material: PVC backing with pressure‑sensitive adhesive
• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 33 m
• Color: Red
• Dielectric performance suitable for low-voltage insulation tasks
• Conformability: good for wrapping irregular shapes
• Hand-tearable backing for tool-free application

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of oil or dust before application. Start by anchoring the tape and wrap it with consistent tension to avoid gaps; overlap each turn by about half the tape width for reliable insulation. For phase identification or color coding, apply a visible length at the end or along the cable. For best results on permanent installations, press the tape down firmly to promote adhesion and allow the adhesive to set.

Recommendations

Use this tape for low-voltage insulation, temporary repairs and visual identification. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or temperatures beyond the recommended range for PVC tapes. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources to maintain adhesive performance.
