Ταινία έλξης καλωδίων C.K Tools T5460 4 m φωσφορίζουσα

Cable pulling tape C.K Tools T5460 4 m phosphorescent is a lightweight, flexible tape intended for guiding and retrieving single or multiple cables through conduits, ducts and confined spaces. The phosphorescent material stores ambient light and emits a glow in low-light conditions, improving visibility when working in basements, voids or during night installations. At 4 metres long, the tape offers enough reach for short runs and makes routing and fish-taping tasks easier for electricians and installers.

Advantages

The phosphorescent surface enhances visibility without requiring batteries or a power source, reducing the chance of misrouting in dim environments. Its flexible construction allows the tape to negotiate bends and turns while maintaining sufficient stiffness to push through conduit runs. The lightweight profile minimizes fatigue during repeated use and the compact length is suitable for carrying in a toolkit or pouch.

How to use

Feed the tape through the conduit or duct to the desired location, using its stiffness to push around bends and its flexibility to follow the pathway. Attach the cable to the tape securely using tape or a suitable pulling attachment, then pull the tape back to draw the cable through. After use, coil the tape neatly to prevent kinks and store it in a toolbox or pouch for protection from dirt and abrasion.

Recommendations

Inspect the tape for cuts or excessive wear before each use. Avoid sharp edges inside conduits that could damage the tape or cable during pulling. For longer runs or heavy cables, use an appropriate pulling lubricant and consider mechanical pulling equipment to reduce strain. Recharge the phosphorescent surface by exposing it to ambient light prior to working in dark environments to ensure optimal glow performance.
