With 800 mbar suction power and 130 W motor output, it is designed to preserve food freshness, extend shelf life and save storage space. Its functions include vacuum sealing and seal-only mode, and its compact dimensions (400 mm × 290 mm × 95 mm) make it suitable for different kitchen sizes.

Advantages

The device provides strong 800 mbar vacuum performance for efficient air removal and reliable seals. Two operating modes—vacuum seal and seal only—allow flexibility for fresh food packaging or simple bag sealing. The compact, two-tone grey and white design occupies little counter space and is easy to store. Built with a practical film welder mechanism, it supports sous-vide preparation, freezing and long-term storage of meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.

How to use

Place the bag with food inside the chamber or position the open end on the sealing strip according to the manufacturer's instructions. Select the desired mode—vacuum seal to remove air and then weld the bag, or seal only for heat-sealing without vacuum. Start the cycle and wait until the process completes and the indicator shows readiness. For sous-vide use, vacuum-seal raw ingredients in appropriate bags and follow cooking temperatures and times recommended for the recipe.

Recommendations

Use bags and rolls compatible with heat sealing and vacuum packaging. Trim excess bag material to ensure a straight sealing edge. For moist or liquid foods, pre-freeze briefly to prevent liquids from being drawn into the vacuum channel. Clean the sealing area after use and allow the device to cool between long cycles to maintain consistent performance.
