Συρμάτινη βούρτσα Bosch 2 608 622 123 8 cm διάμετρος στελέχους 6 mm

Wire wheel Bosch 2 608 622 123 is an 8 cm crimped-wire wheel with a 6 mm shank designed for cleaning and surface preparation of metal parts. It is intended for work on stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals where removal of rust, paint or annealing colour is required and where light to medium mechanical action on small surfaces, edges or grooves is sufficient.

Advantages

The crimped wire construction provides effective material removal with reduced risk of aggressive scratching compared with twisted-wire wheels. The 6 mm shank fits standard hand-held rotary tools and bench grinders with compatible collets. Its compact 8 cm diameter allows access to narrow areas, edges and grooves while offering durable service life under light to medium duty use.

How to use

Secure the wire wheel in a compatible rotary tool or grinder with a 6 mm collet or chuck. Start the tool at low speed to check for runout and ensure the wheel is properly mounted and balanced. Apply the wheel to the workpiece using light, steady pressure and move across the surface, edge or groove to remove rust, paint or annealing colour. Avoid excessive force, which can damage the workpiece or shorten wheel life. After use, inspect the wheel for wear and replace if wires are significantly worn or detached.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety glasses or face shield, gloves and hearing protection. Do not use the wheel on powered tools above the maximum speed rating indicated by the tool or wheel manufacturer. Test on a small area first to verify the effect on the material.
