Σύνδεσμος στεγανοποίησης καλωδίου DeLOCK 60342 γκρι πλαστικό 1 τεμ.

The DeLOCK 60342 cable gland is made of durable grey plastic and provides a watertight seal for the lead-through of cables and electrical tubes into housings. Designed for straightforward installation, the single-piece pack secures cables against dust and moisture while offering strain relief to prevent damage from excessive bending.

Advantages

The integrated bend protection spiral provides additional strain relief for flexible cables, protecting them from excessive bending near moving machine parts. The robust plastic construction is resistant to dirt and moisture and delivers IP68-level protection when properly mounted. Its compact, multifunctional design suits a variety of electrical and industrial installations.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable and tube lead-throughs in electrical enclosures
• Industrial automation and robotics applications
• Machinery where cables require strain relief near moving parts
• Indoor and outdoor installations requiring dust- and water-resistant glands

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized hole in the housing, insert the cable gland and push the cable or electrical tube through the gland. Tighten and secure the gland according to the enclosure design so that the sealing surfaces engage. Ensure the bend protection spiral is positioned around the cable where strain relief is required to reduce bending near moving parts.

Recommendations

For reliable IP68 performance, follow the enclosure manufacturer's mounting instructions and verify that the gland dimensions match the cable diameter. Regularly inspect the gland for wear or damage in demanding environments and replace if deformation or cracks appear.
