How to use

Insert the cable through the gland and into the housing opening, then tighten or assemble the gland according to the enclosure's mounting method to form a watertight seal. Ensure the cable is positioned within the bend protection spiral so the strain relief can secure the cable and prevent excessive bending where movement occurs. Verify the assembled gland seats properly to maintain IP68 protection.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing, use the gland with cables that match the gland's cable diameter range and check compatibility with the enclosure's thread or mounting hole. Regularly inspect the strain relief and gland for wear in applications with frequent movement.
