How to use

Prepare the enclosure entry by drilling or selecting the appropriately sized hole. Insert the cable gland into the housing opening and tighten according to the enclosure and cable diameter so that a watertight seal is achieved. Route the cable through the gland and secure any locknut or sealing components supplied. Verify the connection and seal are firm before placing the equipment into service.

Recommendations

Choose an appropriately sized gland for the cable diameter to ensure the seal is effective; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the gland or cable insulation.
