Switch δικτύου Unmanaged Trendnet TPE-BG102G

The Trendnet TPE-BG102G is an unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight RJ-45 ports that support Power over Ethernet (PoE). It provides a total PoE power budget of 240W, an internal power supply, a fanless design for silent operation, and a durable 1U 19" rack-mountable metal housing. The switch supports full-duplex operation, a MAC address table of 8000 entries and complies with common IEEE networking standards for stable wired connectivity.

Advantages

The switch combines four high-power PoE++ ports (up to 95W each) and four PoE+ ports (up to 30W each), enabling connection and power delivery to a variety of devices. With a 20 Gbps switching capacity and two Gigabit SFP slots it supports reliable throughput and flexible uplink or fiber connections. The internal power supply and fanless construction reduce installation complexity and operating noise while the metal 1U rack chassis suits standard rack installations.

Suitable for

• Powering high-consumption PoE devices such as PTZ cameras and Wi‑Fi 6 access points
• Small to medium wired network aggregation in offices or rack cabinets
• Mixed deployments requiring copper Gigabit ports and SFP uplinks

Key specifications

• Model: TRENDnet TPE-BG102G
• Switch type: Unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet
• Ports: 8 x RJ-45 Gigabit (4 x PoE++ up to 95W, 4 x PoE+ up to 30W)
• SFP: 2 x Gigabit SFP slots
• PoE budget: 240W total
• Switching capacity: 20 Gbps
• MAC address table: 8000 entries
• Power: Internal power supply
• Design: Fanless, 1U 19" rack-mountable metal housing
• Weight: 1.7 kg
• Standards: IEEE 802.1p, 802.3, 802.3ab, 802.3af, 802.3at, 802.3bt, 802.3u, 802.3x

How to use

Install the TPE-BG102G in a standard 19" rack using the 1U mounting ears or place it on a stable surface. Connect upstream network equipment to the RJ-45 or SFP uplink ports. Plug PoE-powered devices into the RJ-45 ports; the switch will negotiate power per IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards and supply power within the 240W budget. Use standard Cat5e/Cat6 cables for Gigabit connections and compatible SFP modules for fiber links. No configuration is required because the unit is unmanaged.

Recommendations

Distribute high-power PoE++ devices across the four 95W-capable ports and monitor the aggregate PoE usage to avoid exceeding the 240W budget. For sustained heavy loads place the switch in a ventilated rack space despite the fanless design to ensure ambient cooling.
