Στύλος γυψοσανίδας BESSEY ST250

The BESSEY ST250 drywall support is a telescoping support designed to position and hold plasterboard, wooden planks, panels, battens, metal bars, foils and light fixtures during installation. It features 8.5 x 6.5 cm base plates with a swivel range from -45° to +45°, enabling use on flat and sloping surfaces. The metal construction and rubber contact surfaces provide stable support for drywall sheets and other materials.

Advantages

The support offers flexible application and quick handling: the telescoping inner pipe enables fast rough pre-setting and the foam-grip outer tube allows final clamping by rotation. It delivers secure holding through special steel pipes rated for a maximum load capacity up to 60 kg, an additional lock for the release button and rubber contact surfaces on both top and bottom to protect sensitive finishes.

Suitable for

• Positioning and holding plasterboard during installation
• Supporting wooden planks, panels and battens
• Temporary bracing of metal bars and foils
• Installing light fixtures and lamp bodies
• Use on sloping roofs or angled surfaces

How to use

Extend the inner telescoping pipe to roughly the required height and lock it in place using the quick-lock mechanism. Position the support under the drywall sheet or other element, adjust the base plates to the desired angle within the -45° to +45° swivel range, then rotate the support at the foam grip to perform the final clamping. Engage the additional locking feature on the release button to secure the setting. Ensure rubber contact surfaces are properly seated against the workpiece to avoid surface damage.

Recommendations

Use the BESSEY ST250 as a temporary support only; do not rely on it as a permanent bearing. Verify the load does not exceed the specified maximum of 60 kg. For fragile or finished surfaces, check positioning and use the rubber contact surfaces to protect the material. Regularly inspect the locking mechanisms and rubber pads for wear before each use.
