Advantages

The CONSTRUCTION BASIC offers multiple functions in a single pen: a smooth black D1 refill with easy front-part refill change, integrated metric and imperial rulers, and two architectural scales (1:20 and 1:50). How to use

Use the pen as a standard ballpoint instrument for writing and sketching. For measurements and scaled sketches, align the integrated centimetre/inch ruler or the 1:20 and 1:50 scales with the drawing or object. To replace the refill, pull out the front part of the pen to remove the D1 refill and insert a compatible D1 refill, then reassemble the front part.

Recommendations

For accurate scaled sketches hold the pen steady and place the appropriate scale (1:20 or 1:50) directly on the drawing surface. Store the pen capped or in a pocket to protect the tip and prolong refill life.
