How to use

Connect an HDMI cable from your camera or video source to the HDMI input on the Atomos Nexus streaming stick, then plug the USB connector into your computer or compatible host device. The host system should recognise the device as a USB webcam; select it in your streaming, recording or conferencing application. Adjust camera settings on the source device as needed for exposure, white balance and frame rate. No special drivers are typically required, but check application settings to ensure resolution and frame rate match between source and host.

Recommendations

Use high-quality HDMI cables and ensure the camera output settings (resolution and frame rate) are compatible with your target application. For mobile or on-location use, secure the streaming stick and cable connections to avoid accidental disconnection. When using in critical productions, test the setup beforehand to verify compatibility and performance with your software and hardware combination.
