The Sony LinkBuds SRS-LS1 portable speaker delivers clear, balanced sound in a compact grey design. Designed to work seamlessly with LinkBuds headphones, it offers Auto Switch for uninterrupted playback between speaker and headphones, Auto Play routines, Quick Access one-touch music, long battery life and a detachable carrying strap. The speaker combines a dedicated tweeter and an X-Balanced woofer with a Sound Diffusion Processor to distribute sound evenly around a room. It supports Bluetooth pairing with multiple devices, stereo pairing of two speakers and includes a stylish charging stand. The enclosure uses partially recycled plastic and the unit has an IPX4 splash-resistant rating.

Advantages

The LinkBuds speaker provides seamless switching with LinkBuds headphones, automated playback routines and rapid one-touch access to music services. Its two-stage speaker system and DSP deliver clear vocals and deep bass in all directions. The top-mounted, vibration-isolated microphone and echo cancellation ensure clear calls. Portable features include a detachable strap, compact charging stand, long battery life up to 25 hours and quick-charge capability. Connectivity options include Bluetooth Fast Pair for Android, Swift Pair for Windows, and simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices.

Suitable for

Home listening and background music in small rooms
Hands-free calls and remote meetings
Outdoor use where splash resistance and portability are needed
Use with LinkBuds headphones for seamless device switching
Stereo setups using two LinkBuds speakers

How to use

Charge the speaker on the included stand before first use. Pair the speaker with your device via Bluetooth, use Fast Pair for compatible Android devices or Swift Pair for Windows computers, and optionally connect two devices simultaneously. Place LinkBuds headphones in or out of their case to trigger Auto Switch between headphones and speaker. Use the Quick Access button to start music services without opening your phone. For stereo sound, pair two LinkBuds speakers via Bluetooth. During calls, speak naturally toward the top-mounted microphone for best clarity.

Recommendations

For best audio experience, place the LinkBuds speaker centrally in the room to allow the Sound Diffusion Processor to distribute sound evenly. Use the 5-band equalizer and CLEAR BASS in the companion app to adjust tones to your preference, and keep the speaker dry despite its IPX4 rating to preserve longevity.
