BitsPower BP-E90RMLA14 is a brass tubing component designed for computer liquid cooling systems. With a silver finish and a 14 mm outer diameter, this rigid brass tube section functions as a connector or extension within custom loops and radiator connections. The part is intended for use with hard tubing of 14 mm OD and provides a corrosion-resistant metal option where a durable, stable coolant path is required.

Advantages

The brass construction offers mechanical strength and corrosion resistance compared to some softer materials, while the silver surface treatment improves visual consistency in metal-based loop builds. The component is designed for simplified handling with hard tubes and, when fitted correctly with compatible fittings, forms a secure, leak-resistant joint. RoHS compliance ensures the material meets common restrictions on hazardous substances.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops using rigid tubing
• Connecting radiators, pumps and reservoirs with hard tube runs
• Multi-link extension configurations requiring metal connectors
• Builds that prioritize durability and corrosion resistance

Key specifications

• Material: brass with silver finish
• Outer diameter compatibility: 14 mm hard tubing
• Design: rigid tube connector / multi-link extension
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Prepare matching hard tubes cut to precise length and deburred ends before assembly. Insert the hard tube ends into the brass connector and secure using the appropriate compression fittings or clamps specified for 14 mm OD rigid tubing. Ensure fittings are tightened evenly and inspected for alignment to maintain a straight coolant path and reliable seal. Follow standard liquid cooling assembly practices, including pressure testing and leak checks before regular operation.

Recommendations

Use compatible 14 mm OD hard tubing and fittings from reliable manufacturers, avoid overtightening metal fittings to prevent deformation, and perform a cold leak test after assembly. For long-term maintenance, periodically inspect metal-to-metal joints for signs of wear or corrosion and replace components if any compromise is detected.
