Shuttle PVG01 - κιτ επέκτασης θύρας VGA για λεπτούς υπολογιστές

The Shuttle PVG01 adapter equips the Shuttle Slim PC Barebone DS81 with an analog VGA output. It provides a 15-pin Mini D-Sub connector and two 10-pin connectors on a 0.16 m cable, available in black, stainless steel and white. After installation, the adapter enables connection of an additional VGA display but limits the system to a single serial interface (COM 1).

Advantages

The PVG01 adds a standard 15-pin VGA port to compatible Shuttle Slim-PC systems without requiring major modifications. Its compact cable and choice of colours allow discreet installation that matches different chassis finishes. The kit’s native 15-pin Mini D-Sub connector ensures compatibility with a wide range of analog VGA monitors and projectors.

Suitable for

• Adding an external VGA monitor to Shuttle Slim PC Barebone DS81
• Kiosk or industrial displays that require analog VGA input
• Use cases where a single serial port (COM 1) is sufficient

Key specifications

• Connector 1: 15-pin Mini D-Sub (VGA)
• Connector 2: 2 × 10-pin
• Cable length: 0.16 m
• Available colours: Black, Stainless steel, White
• Compatible model: Shuttle Slim PC Barebone DS81

How to use

Install the PVG01 adapter into the designated expansion slot or header on the Shuttle Slim PC Barebone DS81 following Shuttle’s hardware instructions. Connect the 15-pin Mini D-Sub end to the external VGA monitor and secure the connection. Verify that the system recognises the display in the operating system and configure resolution and display settings as needed. Note that once installed, only the COM 1 serial interface remains available.

Recommendations

Use the PVG01 when an analog VGA output is required and when limiting the system to a single serial interface is acceptable; for digital displays prefer native digital outputs or an appropriate adapter.
