Πρίζα δικτύου S/CONN 74251-A Cat5e λευκό

The S/CONN 74251-A Cat5e Network Junction Box in white is a wall- or surface-mount enclosure designed to terminate and organize Cat5e cabling for Ethernet networks. It provides a compact, finished outlet point for network cables in residential and commercial installations, supporting standard Cat5e performance for fast data transmission and stable connectivity. The enclosure accommodates keystone jacks or punch-down terminations and offers a discreet appearance that blends with interior finishings.

Advantages

The junction box is constructed for durability and everyday use while maintaining a compact, low-profile design. Its white finish makes it suitable for typical interiors and helps conceal wiring behind walls or on surfaces. Installation is simplified with accessible mounting points and space to arrange cables and connectors neatly, reducing signal interference and facilitating maintenance. The enclosure supports organized cable management to keep network endpoints tidy and accessible.

Suitable for

• Residential Ethernet outlets for home networks and smart devices
• Office and small-business network terminations
• Patch panel feed-through or point-of-use network connections
• Cable runs where surface-mount or wall-mount enclosures are required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat5e compatible enclosure for twisted-pair Ethernet cabling
• Color: white finish suitable for interior installations
• Mounting: wall- or surface-mount capable with standard screw points
• Termination: accommodates keystone modules or punch-down terminations
• Construction: durable plastic enclosure designed for cable organization
• Performance: supports Cat5e-class data rates and typical Ethernet applications

How to use

Mount the junction box at the desired location using the provided mounting points and appropriate screws for the substrate. Route the Cat5e cable through the entry points, prepare the conductors to the recommended length, and terminate on the keystone jack or punch-down block following T568A or T568B wiring standard as required. Secure the terminated jack or module into the enclosure, close the cover, and label the outlet if needed. Test the connection with a network tester to verify continuity and pair integrity before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

To maintain signal quality, avoid sharp bends and excessive cable stress near the termination point. Use appropriate strain relief and keep power and data cables separated where possible. When installing multiple outlets, consistently apply the same wiring standard across the network and verify each link with testing equipment to ensure reliable network performance.
