LIQTECH XTR is a CPU liquid cooler engineered for workstation-class processors, offering over 550W cooling capacity. It features a high-efficiency EF1 pump, a dual-ball bearing fan with up to 3000 RPM and a rotatable magnetic digital display mounted on the water block. The cooler provides full IHS coverage for AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ PRO and Intel® Xeon® workstation CPUs and supports multiple workstation sockets including AMD sTR5/SP6/sWRX8/sTRX4/TR4/SP3 and Intel LGA 4677.

Advantages

The EF1 pump delivers a high flow rate of 450 L/h for improved heat transfer compared with conventional AIO solutions. The included dual-ball bearing silent fan reaches 3000 RPM for maximum cooling and a lower-voltage cable reduces speed to 2400 RPM for quieter operation. The water block supports unrestricted pipe routing thanks to a rotatable nozzle head, and the magnetic rotatable digital display can be manually adjusted to any viewing angle.

Key specifications

• Cooling capacity: over 550 W
• Pump model: EF1, flow rate 450 L/h
• Fan: dual-ball bearing, up to 3000 RPM (voltage reduction cable lowers to 2400 RPM)
• Socket compatibility: AMD sTR5, SP6, sWRX8, sTRX4, TR4, SP3; Intel LGA 4677
• IHS coverage: 100% coverage for AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ PRO and Intel® Xeon® workstation CPUs
• Display: magnetic rotatable real-time status digital display on water block
• Installation: rotatable nozzle head for flexible tube routing

How to use

Mount the water block to the workstation CPU using the supplied fasteners according to the socket type (AMD sTR5/SP6/sWRX8/sTRX4/TR4/SP3 or Intel LGA 4677). Connect the pump and fan to the appropriate motherboard headers or power sources, and attach the radiator and fans to the chassis. Adjust the magnetic digital display orientation after installation as needed. Use the included voltage reduction cable if lower fan speed and reduced noise are desired.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with your specific CPU model and workstation chassis before installation. Ensure proper airflow in the case and periodically check fittings and tubing for secure connections. For quieter systems, use the supplied 2400 RPM cable; for maximum cooling, run the fan at full 3000 RPM.
