Σετ στριφτών τρυπανιών Bosch HSS PointTeQ 7 τεμ.

The Twist Drill Bit Set Bosch HSS PointTeQ 7 pcs contains seven high-speed steel (HSS) twist drills designed for drilling in steel and cast iron. Each bit has a precision-ground PointTeQ tip with a 135° angle, a black-oxide coated flute for efficient chip evacuation, and a cylindrical shank sized to the drill diameter. The set conforms to DIN 338 and is intended for use in drill stands and drill drivers.

Advantages

The PointTeQ tip design enables fast, accurate drilling in metal while lowering the risk of breakage, particularly for diameters below 6 mm. The HSS material and precision grinding extend tool life and reduce friction, and the black-oxide coated flutes improve chip removal for smoother operation. The cylindrical shank allows secure mounting in standard chucks and drill stands.

How to use

Select the appropriate drill bit diameter from the set, secure the cylindrical shank in the chuck or drill press, and clamp the workpiece. Use suitable cutting speed and feed for steel or cast iron, apply steady pressure and allow the black-oxide flutes to evacuate chips. For holes below 6 mm, the elastic HSS design reduces breakage risk; consider peck drilling for deep holes. Coolant or cutting fluid may be used according to material and drilling conditions.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, clamp the workpiece securely, and match speed and feed to the material. For prolonged life, keep bits cool with cutting fluid when drilling harder steels and clear chips regularly to avoid clogging the flutes.
