How to use

Secure the roast or joint with the carving fork and slice with smooth, even strokes using the carving knife. Let the knife do the work: maintain a gentle steady motion along the grain of the meat for thin, uniform slices. After use, wash blades by hand with warm soapy water, dry immediately and store safely.

Recommendations

For best results, rest roasted meat before carving to retain juices and use the fork to stabilise the joint. Regular honing and occasional professional sharpening will preserve the wavy-edge performance and cutting efficiency.
