The WH-01 offers a compact form factor that preserves valuable floor or rack space while providing room for multiple storage devices and expansion cards. Its internal layout supports efficient airflow and component access for maintenance and upgrades. The steel construction and practical finish ensure structural stability and a neutral aesthetic that integrates into various IT environments.

Suitable for

• Small office or branch office file and application servers
• Home lab servers and test environments
• Storage-focused builds with multiple HDDs or SSDs
• Network appliances, backup servers and virtualization hosts

Key specifications

• Form factor: Midi tower designed for server use
• External dimensions: 205 mm (W) × 540 mm (D) × 460 mm (H)
• Exterior finish: matte black
• Material: steel chassis for rigidity and durability
• Drive bays: internal capacity for multiple 3.5" and 2.5" drives (tray or cage style)
• Expansion: multiple PCIe slot support for add-in cards
• Cooling: support for front/rear fan mounting and unobstructed airflow paths
• Front I/O: accessible front panel connectors for convenient connections

How to use

Install the motherboard, power supply and storage devices according to the case layout and the component manufacturers' instructions. Mount cooling fans in the supported front and rear positions to establish a clear airflow direction from intake to exhaust. Route cables along the case edges to keep airflow paths unobstructed and to simplify future maintenance. Secure expansion cards in the available PCIe slots and verify that power and data cables are firmly connected before powering up the system.

Recommendations

For consistent thermal performance in server workloads, populate front intake fan positions and ensure at least one exhaust fan at the rear. Use enterprise-grade 3.5" or 2.5" drive mounting hardware for vibration control, and plan cable routing to optimize airflow. Regularly inspect dust filters (if installed) and internal components to maintain reliable operation.
