How to use

Connect the DB-9 end to the serial port of your device and the USB Type-C™ end to a compatible host or adapter. Ensure device drivers or serial settings (baud rate, parity, stop bits) on the host are configured to match the connected device. Use the short cable where the serial port and host are close to each other to avoid excess cabling.

Recommendations

For reliable communication, verify pinout compatibility between devices before connecting and avoid using the cable for long-distance serial runs; choose a longer, shielded cable if needed for greater separation.
