• Ticket and document verification

Key specifications

• Supported code types: 1D linear, PDF417, 2D matrix codes
• Interface: USB connection (kit included for plug-and-play use)
• Form factor: Handheld scanner for single-handed operation

How to use

Connect the scanner to a computer or POS terminal using the supplied USB kit. Position the scanner so its aiming area aligns with the barcode and press the trigger to initiate the read. The scanner decodes 1D, PDF and 2D barcodes and transmits the data via the USB interface to the connected host application. For best results, maintain a steady scanning distance and angle relative to the barcode and ensure the code surface is free of excessive glare or obstruction.

Recommendations

For reliable daily operation, mount any required drivers or enable USB keyboard/emulation mode in the host system according to the POS software requirements. Clean the scanner window regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid using abrasive chemicals. When scanning reflective or damaged labels, adjust the distance and angle slightly to improve decoding success.
