Rothenberger 1000003877 δακτύλιος πρέσας SV 22 mm

Professionals who demand leak-proof joints on 54 mm pipe systems turn to the Rothenberger 1000003877 Pressring. Unlike generic pressing rings, this tool is forged from high-strength steel and induction hardened, so it shrugs off daily job-site wear while maintaining exact M-profile geometry. The synchronized 3-segment pressing mechanism distributes force evenly, producing uniform, code-compliant connections on copper, stainless steel, C-steel, and multi-layer composite pipes.

Highlights

• M-profile pressing for 54 mm nominal diameter
• High-strength forged steel with induction hardening
• Synchronized 3-segment pressing for even force distribution
• Corrosion-resistant coating for durability
• Compatible with Rothenberger ROMAX series and other constant-thrust pressing machines
• Low maintenance and robust design

In daily use

On the job site, the Pressring 1000003877 stands out for its precision and ease of use. The standard Rothenberger pressing jaw interface allows quick attachment to your ROMAX 3000, ROMAX 4000, ROMAX AC ECO, or ROMAX Compact TT. The electro-hydraulic operation of the machine, combined with the ring's exact geometry, produces consistent, code-compliant connections in seconds. Whether you are working on a residential heating system or an industrial pipe network, this ring reduces rework and boosts productivity. Its black/dark grey finish resists corrosion, and the robust construction means minimal downtime for maintenance.
