How to use

Install the RiLineX Board on the internal mounting plate or profile of the cabinet according to the enclosure manufacturer’s layout and electrical schematic. Secure the board using appropriate fasteners and ensure proper alignment for busbar access. Attach circuit breakers, fuses, or terminal blocks onto the busbars following the device manufacturer’s instructions and observe correct phase sequencing and clearances. Make sure all connections are tightened to the specified torque values and verify insulation and protective measures before energizing the system.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility of mounted devices with a 30×10 mm copper busbar cross-section and follow national electrical codes for clearances, earthing, and protective devices. Use recommended torque settings for busbar connections and perform insulation and continuity checks after installation. For high-current or specialized applications consult Rittal documentation or a certified electrical professional.
