Ricoh D8694039 (D869-4039) Δακτύλιος:EU:D197/D198/D199:SERVICE

Service technicians working on Ricoh D197, D198, or D199 series multifunction printers in European service centers rely on this genuine fuser sleeve to restore reliable toner adhesion. The sleeve is the heart of the fusing unit, applying controlled heat and pressure to bond toner permanently to paper. When the original sleeve wears out or gets damaged, print quality drops—streaks, smudges, and poor adhesion appear. This OEM replacement brings the fuser back to factory performance.

Why choose it

Using a genuine Ricoh fuser sleeve ensures exact fit, consistent heat distribution, and long service life. Third-party sleeves often fail prematurely or cause uneven fusing, leading to repeat service calls. This sleeve is built to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of continuous printing, maintaining image quality across thousands of pages. Professional installation is recommended, but the part itself is a drop-in replacement for the original.

Ideal use cases

• Replacing a worn or damaged fuser sleeve in Ricoh D197/D198/D199 series machines
• Routine fuser unit refurbishment during preventive maintenance
• Restoring print quality after fusing defects such as toner smearing or poor adhesion
• Stocking service parts for Ricoh-authorized repair centers and MPS providers

Good to know

This sleeve is specifically for the EU market and comes in OEM service packaging. It is not a standalone fuser unit—only the sleeve component. Always verify the exact model compatibility before ordering. For best results, replace the sleeve as part of a full fuser rebuild kit, including pressure roller and thermistor, if available.
