How to use

Install the rack on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate fixings and following local mounting regulations. Plan internal layout before mounting equipment: fit DIN rails, mounting plates or subpanels as required, route cables through designated entry points and seal any unused openings to maintain IP65 integrity. Mount PLCs, terminal blocks and operator panels securely, and ensure sufficient clearance for heat dissipation and service access. Verify ingress protection after installation and test all electrical connections before putting equipment into operation.

Recommendations

Use grommets or cable glands at cable entry points and apply recommended sealants to maintain IP65 protection. For installations exposed to direct weather, provide additional shelter or mounting position to limit direct water impact. Schedule periodic inspections to check seals, hinges and fastenings and keep ventilation and cable routes clear to ensure long-term reliability.
