Battery rack LANBERG OR01-830650-304-BK — 830×650 mm, 3 rows, 4 levels is a compact storage frame designed to organize and secure multiple battery units in confined technical spaces. The frame accommodates three side-by-side rows of batteries across four vertical levels, offering structured placement for lead-acid and VRLA battery modules used in UPS systems, telecom power cabinets and server-room installations. Its flat-pack design allows for economical transport and assembly on site, while the black finish integrates unobtrusively into technical environments.

Advantages

The rack provides a stable, space-efficient layout that simplifies battery arrangement and maintenance access. Built to support multiple battery modules in a dense footprint, it reduces floor and shelf clutter and enables clear cable routing and ventilation between battery rows. The flat-pack shipment minimizes shipping volume and packaging waste, and the black coating resists scuffs and helps conceal marks in high-traffic technical rooms.

How to use

Assemble the rack on a level surface following the supplied assembly instructions and secure all fasteners to ensure frame rigidity. Place battery modules into the allocated positions row by row, keeping battery terminals accessible for cabling and maintenance. Maintain recommended clearances around the rack for ventilation and service access, and follow battery manufacturer guidance for stacking orientation, terminal protection and spacing to prevent short circuits.

Recommendations

Inspect mounting hardware periodically and tighten as needed. Use insulating covers or terminal guards where terminals are exposed, and route battery cables to minimise strain on terminals. Ensure the storage area is adequately ventilated and temperature-controlled according to battery specifications, and follow local safety codes when installing batteries and associated cabling.
