Ράφι επιτοίχιας τοποθέτησης Digitus DN-19 07U-6/6-EC

The Wall mounted rack Digitus DN-19 07U-6/6-EC is a 7U network cabinet from the Dynamic Basic series designed for wall installation. The cabinet measures 600 x 600 mm (W x D), supports up to 60 kg, and is rated IP20. It has pre-cut cable inlets in the roof, floor and back wall, an area prepared for a fan module in the roof, and adjustable galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails mounted front and rear with rack-unit markings readable in both directions. The housing is made of sheet steel up to 1.5 mm thick and is finished with electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005). A lockable glass front door, removable side panels and reversible hinges improve access and security.

Advantages

The cabinet provides optimized air ventilation and exhaust provisions and a pre-cut fan area to facilitate cooling. Its lockable glass door and included key lock ensure physical security for installed equipment. Galvanized, depth-adjustable 483 mm (19") profile rails with readable RU markings simplify mounting of standard 19" devices. Removable side walls and a reversible door hinge allow flexible access during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Small server rooms and network closets where wall-mounted 7U capacity is required
• Installation of switches, patch panels and 19" rack devices in offices and retail environments
• Environments needing basic IP20 protection and controlled access with a key-lock

How to use

Mount the supplied wall mounting plate on a suitably load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners. Bolt the cabinet housing to the mounted plate and secure it. Install and adjust the 483 mm (19") profile rails to the required depth, then mount 19" equipment such as switches, patch panels or small servers using standard rack screws. Route cables through the pre-cut cable inlets in the roof, floor or rear panel; install a fan module in the roof cutout if additional ventilation is needed. Lock the front door after equipment installation to secure access.

Recommendations

For safe and durable installation, ensure the wall and anchors support the cabinet weight plus equipment load. Maintain adequate airflow around ventilation openings and consider installing a fan module when mounting heat-generating equipment. Use compatible 19" mounting hardware and follow local electrical and safety regulations during installation.
