The InLine 19" foldable wall mounted rack provides a compact 4U solution for mounting network and IT equipment on walls where floor space is limited. Designed with an adjustable mounting depth from 24 to 40 cm and finished in grey, the rack combines a small footprint with practical accessibility. The foldable frame folds flat against the wall when not in use and opens to provide standard 19" mounting rails suitable for patch panels, switches, and other 1U–3U devices. Dimensions are optimized for tight installations while maintaining secure mounting and cable routing.

Advantages

The wall mounted rack offers tool-friendly foldable mechanics that simplify installation and maintenance. Its adjustable depth supports a variety of device sizes without requiring different racks, and the grey finish provides a neutral appearance that fits professional and home environments. Built to standard 19" mounting dimensions with 4U capacity, it balances load capacity and compactness for small to medium networking setups.

How to use

Secure the rack to a load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners rated for the wall material and the expected equipment weight. Adjust the mounting depth to accommodate the depth of your devices, unfold the frame to the open position and fasten the 19" mounting rails. Install equipment from top to bottom to maintain balance, route cables through available openings, and use cable ties or management accessories to keep cabling organized. Regularly check mounting points and fasteners for tightness after initial installation and following any equipment changes.

Recommendations

For safe installation, verify wall strength and use suitable fixings; distribute load evenly within the 4U capacity and maintain proper cooling clearance for active network devices.
