The Brennenstuhl 1171250047 Black 100 W LED IP65 floodlight is an outdoor-grade LED luminaire designed for façade, site and area illumination. Housed in a robust black metal casing with an IP65 protection rating, the fixture delivers cool white 6500 K light output from a 100 W LED source. It runs on standard AC mains (220–240 V, 50–60 Hz) and combines compact physical dimensions with broad, high-intensity illumination suitable for residential and light-commercial exterior applications.

Advantages

The metal housing provides physical durability and effective heat dissipation, while the IP65 rating ensures resistance to dust and water jets for reliable outdoor operation. The 100 W LED delivers high luminous efficacy with consistent color temperature at 6500 K for clear, daylight-like illumination. Compact dimensions make installation flexible on walls, poles or mounting brackets, and the unit’s AC compatibility avoids the need for external drivers or complex wiring.

Suitable for

• Façade and architectural lighting of buildings
• Parking lots and driveway illumination
• Perimeter and security lighting for commercial sites
• Work area and temporary site lighting

Key specifications

• Power: 100 W LED
• Color temperature: 6500 K (cool white)
• Voltage and frequency: 220–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz
• Ingress protection: IP65 (dust-tight, protected against water jets)
• Housing material: metal, black finish
• Dimensions (W×D×H): 370 × 95 × 350 mm

How to use

Mount the floodlight on a stable vertical or horizontal surface using appropriate fasteners and mounting brackets rated for outdoor use. Connect the unit to a grounded AC supply (220–240 V, 50–60 Hz) following local electrical codes and switching off power before installation. Aim the luminaire for the intended coverage area and secure the bracket once the desired angle is achieved. After wiring and mechanical installation are complete, restore power and verify correct operation and illumination pattern.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, install the floodlight with at least minimal clearance for ventilation around the housing and avoid mounting directly against combustible materials. Periodically inspect the housing and seals for damage and clean the front cover to maintain light output. To achieve even illumination across façades or large areas, use multiple units spaced appropriately and adjust aiming angles to reduce glare and shadows.
