Προστατευτικό σύσφιξης EDELRID Μοντέλο 0009625500000035 (προστασία σχοινιού / προστασία δακτύλων)

The pinch device EDELRID model 0009625500000035 is a compact mechanical rope protection and finger pinch arrest tool designed for integration into rope assemblies used in industrial rope access, rescue and technical climbing. It is intended to control rope movement, reduce the risk of rope pinching in rigging points and arrest unwanted slippage while allowing controlled feeding or retrieval of rope. The device's mechanical construction enables reliable operation as part of hauling, lowering or belaying configurations where managing rope contact and pinch points is necessary.

Advantages

The device offers a compact and robust mechanical solution to reduce rope damage and prevent finger pinch incidents at contact points. Its design supports precise control of rope movement, improving safety margins in systems that require managed friction and occasional locking. The tool is suitable for integration into existing rope setups without major modification and provides consistent behavior under load, making system configuration and procedural planning more straightforward.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the device in the rope line following the manufacturer's recommended orientation and attachment points, ensuring compatibility with rope diameter and the surrounding hardware. Use it as part of a complete system with appropriate anchors, connectors and backup safety measures. During operation, feed or lock the rope through the device to achieve the required friction and arresting behaviour, and inspect connections and rope condition regularly. Only trained personnel should adjust or rely on the device for load-bearing or rescue functions.

Recommendations

Verify rope compatibility and perform pre-use inspections before every operation. Combine the pinch device with certified connectors and anchors, and follow established procedures for rope access, rescue or climbing systems. Replace the device or remove it from service if any deformation, wear or malfunction is detected.
